CD44s和Mib-1在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨CD44s和Mib-1在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测41例不同级别星形胶质细胞瘤标本中CD44s和Mib-1的表达,并与肿瘤恶性程度及预后做相关分析。结果高级别胶质瘤中CD44s及Mib-1的表达均高于低级别胶质瘤(P=0.008、0.002)。CD44s与Mib-1表达呈正相关(P<0.01,r=0.6)。CD44s和Mib-1低表达组无进展生存时间均显著大于高表达组。结论 CD44s与Mib-1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达与组织学恶性程度相关,两者对人脑胶质瘤患者的预后有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and their clinical significance of CD44s and Mib-1 antigen in human astrocytomas.Methods The expression of CD44s and Mib-1 were detected in 41 cases of different degrees of astrocytomas specimen by immunohistochemistry using avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex(ABC) method.Their correlations with glioma malignancy and prognosis were statistically analyzed.Results High grade glioma in the expression of CD44s and Mib-1 were higher than those in low grade glioma(P = 0.008,0.002).CD44s and Mib-1 expression were positively correlated(P < 0.01 and r = 0.6).CD44s and Mib-1 progression-free survival time in low expression group were significantly greater than those of high expression of group.Conclusion The histological malignancy of the astrocytomas is correlated with expression of CD44s and Mib-17.They are important prognostic factors in astrocytomas.
