【摘要】 目的研究系统性的心理维护在整个正畸治疗中的应用,以便研究和指导临床工作。方法对2005年10月～2011年11月在本院门诊收治的638例错畸形的患者采用标准方丝弓技术﹑MBT直丝弓技术﹑舌侧隐形正畸技术进行矫治,患者正畸前对其进行心理评估,针对个体不同的心理状况,实施与之相适应的心理维护。结果通过医护人员在治疗前、治疗中、治疗后全面的心理维护,所有患者均圆满完成治疗,无因心理、生理不适而放弃或中断治疗者,患者本人及家属对治疗效果与护理工作均感满意。结论不同年龄的正畸患者治疗时行为表现不一,正畸医师应掌握不同年龄患者的生理和心理知识,充分同患者和家属沟通,运用心理护理与舒适性护理,使正畸患者在整个疗程中心情放松舒适,完美地完成整个正畸治疗,从而使医护人员更好地为患者服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of systematic mental maintenance in the whole orthodontic treatment in order to study and guide the clinical work. Methods Six hundred and thirty-eight cases of patients with malocclusion were corrected and treated with standard edgewise technique, MBT straight wire technique and invisible lingual orthodontic technique, and who were received and cured in our hospital outpatient service from October 2005 to November 2011, then we carried on psychological assessment to patients before orthodontic treatment, according to psychological conditions for individual, we carried out mental maintenance in line with them. Results All patients were successfully completed the treatment with comprehensive psychological maintenance of the medical staff before and after treatment and in the course of treatment, and who didn’t because of psychology and physiological discomfort to give up or interrupt treating, and that the patients and family members were satisfied with therapeutic effect and nursing work. Conclusion Orthodontists should grasp in physiological and psychological knowledge of different ages’ patients because the patients have different behaviors in treatment, and they should communicate fully with the patient and family members, applying psychological care and comfort care, in order to make the orthodontic patients relax and comfortable throughout the course of treatment and complete orthodontic treatment perfectly, so that the medical staff better service for patients.更多还原
