【摘要】 目的观察艾迪注射液联合三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法将48例原发性肝癌的患者分为两组,治疗组给予癌灶局部三维适形放疗,同时给予艾迪注射液至放疗结束,对照组仅给予局部三维适形放疗。比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组疗效较对照组有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组胃肠道反应及肝损害较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合放疗提高了疗效,且减轻了不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Aidi injection combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) in treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods Forty-eight cases of patients with primary liver cancer were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on neoplastci foci, meanwhile given Addie injection until the end of radiotherapy. The control group only received local three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. The efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The effect of treatment group was significantly superior than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The gastrointestinal reaction and liver damage in treatment group was less than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Addie injection combined with radiotherapy improves effect and reduces adverse reaction.更多还原
