【摘要】 目的通过观察比较选择一种混合痔外剥内扎术后及肛裂切除术后换药的方法。方法将400例混合痔术后及肛裂术后患者分为实验组和对照组,两组各200例,分别放置康复新液纱条换药与凡士林油纱条换药,比较两组患者的愈合速度。结果实验组的愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液纱条用于混合痔外剥内扎术后及肛裂术后换药可促进切口愈合,减少患者住院时间,减轻患者负担,节省医疗资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To select a dressing method after external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid and excision of anal fissure through observation and comparison. Methods Four hundred patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids and anal fissure surgeries were evenly divided into experimental group and conrol grous. In experimental group, Kangfuxin solution gauze was placed for dressing, while in control group, Vaseline gauze was used. The healing rate of the two groups was compared. Results The healing time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of Kangfuxin solution gauze in postoperative dressing of external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid and anal fissure resection can promote incision healing, shorten hospital stay, reduce the burden on patients, and save medical resources.更多还原
