【摘要】 目的观察特殊护理措施对产后尿潴留的影响。方法对100例一胎单胎产妇进行随机分组,对照组实施普通护理干预,实验组实施特殊护理干预,比较两组产妇排尿时间的差异。结果经过合理的护理干预,对照组排尿时间延长人数显著多于实验组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊护理措施能降低产后尿潴留的发生率,减轻产妇痛苦,提高产妇生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of special nursing measures on postpartum urinary retention. Methods One hundred puerperae giving birth to one baby in their first time were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In the control group, general nursing intervention was implemented; while in the experimental group, several special nursing interventions were provided. The difference of urination time in both groups was compared. Results After taking reasonable nursing interventions, Control micturition number significantly longer than the experimental group the number of urination time extend in control group was significantly longer than that of experimental group, comparison between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Special nursing measures can reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, reduce the pain of maternal, improve the quality of maternal life.更多还原
