【摘要】 目的探讨加强健康教育对院前胎膜早破、预防脐带脱垂的影响。方法将在本院孕妇学校接受胎膜早破相关知识学习、入院前发生胎膜早破的104例孕妇为观察组;未接受胎膜早破相关知识学习、入院前发生胎膜早破的92例孕妇为对照组,观察加强健康教育对院前胎膜早破、预防脐带脱垂的影响。结果观察组发生脐带脱垂2例(1.92%),新生儿死亡0例(0.00%),分别与对照组[9例(9.78%)、6例(6.52%)]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强健康教育,提高孕妇对院前发生胎膜早破、预防脐带脱垂的意识,对降低围产儿死亡率有着重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of strengthening health education on preventing umbilical cord prolapse and pre-hospital premature rupture of fetal membranes. Methods One hundred and four pregnant women who accepted knowledge learning related to premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women school of our hospital and occurred premature rupture of membranes were assigned to the observation group, while 92 pregnant women who not accepted knowledge learning related to premature rupture of membranes and occurred premature rupture of membranes were assigned to the control group. The influence of strengthening health education on preventing umbilical cord prolapse and pre-hospital premature rupture of fetal membranes was observed. Results The observation group had 2 cases of umbilical cord prolapse (1.92%) and no neonatal death (0.00%), compared with 9 cases (9.78%) and 6 cases (6.52%) respectively in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening health education has important clinical significance in improving the awareness of pregnant women for realizing premature rupture of membranes, preventing pre-hospital umbilical cord prolapse, and reducing perinatal fetus mortality.更多还原
