【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症合并妊娠的处理。方法回顾性分析1998年1月～2011年12月本院收治的足月妊娠分娩的70例精神分裂症患者的临床资料。结果 70例足月妊娠的精神分裂症妇女顺产28例,剖宫产42例。新生儿出生情况良好,未见畸形。结论精神分裂症妇女在病情稳定情况下可以妊娠;对发作期的患者分娩时可适当放宽剖宫产指征;产后恢复抗精神病治疗的患者以人工喂养为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss about the treatment of schizophrenia with pregnancy.Methods Clinical data of 70 schizophrenic women with term pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 1998 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 70 cases of full-term pregnancy of schizophrenic women,28 cases went eutocia while 42 cases went cesarean section.Newborns were in good condition with no deformity found.Conclusion Schizophrenic women can pregnancy in stable condition;indications of cesarean section may be appropriate to relax to the patients in the onset period of schizophrenia;postpartum patients with antipsychotic treatment are advised to give artificial feeding to their children.更多还原
