【摘要】 目的探讨闭合复位加经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2005年8月～2010年8月60例采用闭合复位加经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨踝上骨折的临床资料,总结治疗体会。结果 60例患儿平均骨折愈合时间(5.2±0.7)周,随访3个月～2年,未见尺神经损伤、肘内翻畸形等并发症。按照Flynn标准,临床治疗优良率为93.33%。结论闭合复位加经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨踝上骨折能够有效维持复位,肘关节恢复较好,并发症及后遗症发生率低,是治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for children with supracondylar fracture.Methods From August 2005 to August 2010,60 children with supracondylar fracture treated in our hospital were given closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized for clinical experience.Results The average fracture healing time of 60 children was(5.2 ±0.7) weeks.After follow up of 3 months to 2 years,no ulnar nerve injury,cubitus varus deformity and other complications were found.According to Flynn standards,the clinical excellent effect rate was 93.33%.Conclusion For children with supracondylar fracture,the closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation can effectively maintain the reduction,has better effect of elbow recovery,has a low incidence of complications and sequelae,and is the ideal therapy for children supracondylar fractures treatment.更多还原
