【摘要】 目的了解某院手足口病抗菌药物的使用情况。方法按标准抽取某院2011年手足口病病历414份,按是否使用抗菌药物分成观察组(n=96)及对照组(n=318),比较两组患者在年龄、疗效、住院时间、住院总费用及西药费等方面的差异。结果在年龄及疗效无差异的情况下,观察组较对照组住院时间延长,住院总费用及西药费用增加。结论手足口病患者存在滥用抗菌药物的情况,抗菌药物的应用并不能增加疗效,反而延长住院时间,增加费用支出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the application situation of antibacterial agents in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital. Methods Four hundred and fourteen medical records of hand-foot-mouth disease were taken out and divided into observation group (n = 96) and control group (n = 318) according to whether the used of antimicrobial agents. Differences in age, curative effects, hospitalization days, total costs, medicine costs etc. between the two groups were compared. Results In the age and curative effect under the condition of no difference, the observation group had distinct increases in hospitalization days, total costs and medicine costs compared to the control group. Conclusion It is sometimes abused of antibacterial agents in treatments of hand-foot-mouth disease. The application of antibacterial agents might have increased hospitalization days and costs but not the curative effects in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.更多还原
