【摘要】 目的探讨老年结、直肠癌的临床诊断和治疗分析。方法回顾性分析2004年3月～2008年4月在本院进行治疗的老年结直肠癌患者54例,全组患者均经过外科手术治疗。结果 32例患者术前合并心血管疾病12例,呼吸系统疾病15例,糖尿病5例;54例患者行根治性手术28例,姑息性手术16例,造瘘术10例;术后发生并发症18例,其中,切口感染7例,腹腔感染5例,肺部感染3例,造瘘口坏死3例。结论老年结直肠癌的治疗要根据患者的具体情况综合分析,选择合理的手术方式提高疗效,减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in elderly patients. Methods A retrospective analyzed of March 2004 to April 2008 in our hospital for treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer in 54 cases, all patients had to undergo a surgical operation treatment. Results Thirty-two cases of patients with cardiovascular diseases in 12 cases, 15 cases of disease of respiratory system, 5 cases of diabetes mellitus; 54 patients underwent radical operation in 28 cases, palliative operation in 16 cases, 10 cases of fistula; Postoperative complications occurred in 18 cases, including 7 cases of wound infection, abdominal cavity infection in 5 cases, pulmonary infection in 3 cases, 3 cases of stoma necrosis. Conclusion Elderly colorectal cancer treatment to the patients according to the specific situation of comprehensive analysis, choose the reasonable operation mode can improve efficacy, reduce postoperative complications.更多还原
