急性冠脉综合征患者血清同型半胱氨酸及钙、镁离子水平的变化分析

【摘要】 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及钙离子(Ca2+)、镁离子(Mg2+)浓度的改变,以便更好地了解该病的病理生理变化。方法选取稳定性心绞痛患者30例和急性冠脉综合征患者50例(其中不稳定性心绞痛27例,心肌梗死23例)为实验组;以正常体检者30名为对照组,分别检测其Hcy及Ca2+、Mg2+水平并进行比较。结果 ACS患者Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.05),其中,心肌梗死组的Hcy水平分别高于不稳定性心绞痛组和稳定性心绞痛组(P<0.05),不稳定性心绞痛组的Hcy水平高于稳定性心绞痛组(P<0.05)。心肌梗死组和不稳定性心绞痛组的Ca2+、Mg2+水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),心肌梗死组的Ca2+、Mg2+水平低于不稳性性心绞痛组(P<0.05),而稳定性心绞痛组的Ca2+、Mg2+水平虽然低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测Hcy及Ca2+、Mg2+对急性冠脉综合征的诊断、分类及疗效判断颇有临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the serum homocystein (Hcy), calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) levels in the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients, towards a better understanding about the pathophysiology of the disease. Methods The serum homocystein, calcium and magnesium levels in 30 cases of stable angina and 50 cases of acute coronary syndrome (including 27 cases of unstable angina and 23 cases of myocardial infarction) patients were analyzed using the clinical chemistry methods and were compared with that of 30 control patients. Results Hcy levels in ACS patients were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). While in ACS patient group itself, the serum Hcy levels in the myocardial infarction group were higher than those of the unstable angina and stable angina group (P<0.05). Furthermore, the serum Hcy level in unstable angina group was higher than that of stable angina group (P<0.05). The serum Ca2+ and Mg2+ levels in myocardial infarction group and unstable angina patients were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); and these two ions were also lower in the myocardial infarction group than those in the unstable angina group (P<0.05). Although the Ca2+ and Mg2+ levels in the stable angina group were lower than that of control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion These results indicate that the analysis of the serum Hcy, Ca2+ and Mg2+ levels in acute coronary syndrome is helpful to towards a better evaluation in the diagnosis, classification, and treatment of ACS.
