【摘要】 目的观察真武汤加味治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采取常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服真武汤加味。观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组30例中,显效14例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率为86.7%。对照组30例中,显效12例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率为70.0%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论真武汤具有温补脾肾、化气行水的作用,联合常规西药治疗可明显改善慢性肾小球肾炎的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified zhenwu decoction in patients of chronic glomerular nephritis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with chronic glomerular nephritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each had 30 cases. The control group was given the conventional treatment of chronic glomerular nephritis, while the treatment group was given modified zhenwu decoction based on routine treatment, then the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 86.7%, with 14 excellent cases, 12 effective cases and 4 invalid cases. The total efficiency of control group was 70.0%, with 12 excellent cases, 9 effective cases and 9 invalid cases. There was statistical difference between two groups (P﹤0.05). The result of improvement symptoms of Chinese medicine in treatment group was significantly better than those in control group. Conclusion The modified zhenwu decoction can tonify the spleen and kidney, resolving qi and promoting diuresis. The prescription combined with routine western medicine therapy can improve the clinical symptom in patients with chronic glomerular nephritis significantly .更多还原
