【Abstract】 In this paper the author analyzes and discusses the problem appeared in the management at blood-store sites according to the local actual conditions. The main problems are the shortage of personnel, funds and equipment, lack of training and guidance in the basic-level hospitals, the clinical blood use remains to be standard and the confusion on the charge fees, etc. Then it puts forward the following corresponding solutions: to clear job responsibilities and strengthen supervision; to enhance management of clinical blood use in accordance with law; to enhance the training and scientific guidance; to change the perception and better serve patients.更多还原
