中国国家男子排球队运动员膳食营养调查和身体成分分析

【摘要】 应用称重法对参加2012年亚洲杯的中国国家男子排球队8名重点运动员的膳食营养和身体成分进行了调查和分析。研究发现,被调查的8名运动员的膳食总能量摄入均不足(平均值4 126±789.1kcal),绝大部分运动员碳水化合物(41.9%±10.5%)摄入不足,蛋白质(19.2%±4.0%)、脂肪(32.4%±6.5%)摄入过多,部分维生素和矿物质摄入不足;三餐摄入比例(18.4%±4.5%:36.3%±7.3%:29.2%±6.8%)不合理,其中,早餐摄入均比例偏低,多数运动员午餐、晚餐摄入比例未在合理范围之内,加餐摄入比例普遍在推荐值之上;部分运动员体脂百分数(11.2%±3.8%)和体重指数(24.5±2.4)都偏高。建议从强化运动员科学摄入食物和运动员膳食供给科学化两面入手,改善膳食结构,提高运动员健康饮食认知,并切实做好运动员餐饮的日常管理。

【Abstract】 Eight elite athletes of Chinese Men’s Volleyball Team were investigated by means of dietary survey and body composition before the competition of Asian Cup 2012.The results showed that the imbalance of athletes’ diet,such as the insufficiency of total energy(4 126± 789.1kcal)and carbohydrate intake(49.1% ±10.5%),the excessive intake of protein(19.2%±4.0%)and fat(32.4%±6.5%),as well as the deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals.The energy of three main meals in a day was not rational(breakfast is18.4% ± 4.5%,lunch is 36.3%±7.3% and dinner is 29.2%±6.8%,separately).Most athletes did not consume enough breakfast,while lunches and dinners did not match recommendations.In addition,the proportion of snacks was relatively high.Moreover,some of eight athletes had body fat percentage(11.2%±3.8%)and BMI(24.5±2.4)which were slightly both higher than the reported values.The recommendation suggested focusing on:athletes should be emphasized on the scientific diet intake and making the athletes’ dietary allowance scientific,in order to improve athletes’ dietary pattern and nutrition knowledge as well as daily management of dining hall.
