【摘要】 目的了解血清25羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]与成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)水平在T2DM合并高血压患者中的变化趋势。方法选取T2DM合并高血压患者40例(DH组),单纯T2DM患者40例(T2DM组),以及同期体检的健康者40名(NC组),检测血清25-(OH)D3和FGF23水平及各项临床生化指标。结果 T2DM组血清25-(OH)D3水平[(31.96±2.13)μg/L]低于NC组[(33.53±2.53)μg/L](P<0.05),DH组25-(OH)D3水平[(30.82±2.83)μg/L]较T2DM组更低(P<0.01)。T2DM组FGF23水平[(1.80±0.09)μg/L]高于NC组[(1.14±0.09)μg/L](P<0.01),DH组FGF23水平[(1.86±0.08)μg/L]较T2DM组更高(P<0.01)。结论血清25-(OH)D3和FGF23水平与T2DM合并高血压有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the changes in levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25-(OH)D3] and fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF23) in the T2DM patients with hypertension.Methods Forty T2DM patients with hypertension(DH group),40 T2DM patients without hypertension(T2DM group),and 40 healthy subjects(NC group) were involved in this trial.The measurements of serum 25-(OH)D3 and FGF23 and other clinical biochemical indices were performed for all patients and subjects for observation.Results The level of serum 25-(OH)D3 was lower in the T2DM group[(31.96±2.13)μg/L] than in the NC group [(33.53±2.53)μg/L](P<0.05),and the level of serum 25-(OH)D3 was lower in the DH group [(30.82±2.83)μg/L] than in the T2DM group(P<0.01).The level of serum FGF23 in the T2DM group was [(1.80±0.09)μg/L],higher than in the NC group [(1.14±0.09)μg/L](P<0.01),and the level of serum FGF23 of the DH group was [(1.86±0.08)μg/L],higher than in T2DM group(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum 25-(OH)D3 and FGF23 are related to the T2DM accompanied with hypertension.更多还原
