甜菜种质资源耐盐性的初步筛选

【摘要】 以收集到的146份甜菜种质材料为研究对象,在280mmol/L NaCl胁迫条件下,通过20d室内的营养液培养试验,根据各材料干物质积累量的差异,初步筛选出耐盐性强弱的材料,再以初选出的材料为研究对象进行复选,进一步确定初选出材料的耐盐性。结果表明:经过初选试验得到15份耐盐性强的种质材料和5份耐盐性弱的材料,共20份。在对这20份材料的复选后得到6份耐盐性强的材料,分别是266号、265号、08-5号、07-6号、24号和2N-1号;3份耐盐性弱的材料,分别是82号、25号和268号。同时对市面上出售的48个甜菜品种也进行了初选,筛选出2份耐盐性强的材料ST13092和TD13829,2份耐盐性弱的材料巴士森和HI0474。

【Abstract】 Hundred forty-six sugarbeet samples cultivated in 280 mmol/L NaCl cultivation liquid were tested to measure the dry matter of the samples at 20th day and to determine the level of salt tolerance varieties according to dry matter. Then the a second screening was done to validate the level of salt tolerance. Results showed that15 high level of salt tolerance varieties and 5 low level of salt tolerance varieties were screened after the first screening. Six high level of salt tolerance varieties(266, 265, 08-5, 07-6, 24, 2N-1) and 3 low level of salt tolerance varieties(82, 25, 268) were validated after the second screening. Meanwhile, 48 commercial varieties were screened as a result of found 2 high level of salt tolerance varieties(ST13092, TD13829) and 2 low level of salt tolerance varieties(Bastion, HI0474).
