多年宿根甘蔗根系及根际土壤AM真菌分析
Arbuscular Mycorrhizal(AM) Communities Structure in Root and Rhizospheric Soil of Ratoon Sugarcane
【摘要】 为了揭示甘蔗根际土壤丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhizae,AM)真菌与甘蔗根系的共生关系,分析了有6年宿根年限的甘蔗根系及根际土壤中AM真菌的种群结构。采集其根系及根际土壤,利用Nested PCR技术对AM真菌的18S rDNA区域进行特异性扩增,并对扩增产物进行变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析。结果表明:甘蔗根系和根际土壤中表现出不同的DGGE指纹图谱特征,说明两者的AM真菌种群结构差异明显,根系中有6种不同的AM菌群。
【Abstract】 This research aims to reveal the symbiotic relationship between the Arbuscular Mycorrhiza(AM) and sugarcane. The rhizospheric soil and root samples were collected from 6 years ratoon sugarcane, then nested PCR and DGGE were applied in analyses. The results showed that the soil and root generated diverse denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) profiles for the PCR amplification, and the roots of ratoon sugarcane were infected by 6 different AMs.
