晶化温度对SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-F系微晶玻璃析晶的影响
Influences of Crystallizing Temperature on Crystallization Characteristics in SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-F Glass-Ceramics
【摘要】 为研究晶化温度对SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-F系云母微晶玻璃的析晶特征的影响,将制得的基础玻璃在不同晶化温度下进行热处理。采用x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别对样品进行晶体组成分析和组织形貌观察。结果表明:玻璃中析出的晶体主要是云母、柱晶石、莫来石和ZrO2晶体。在晶化温度为730℃时,玻璃样品中只析出粒状ZrO2晶体;在晶化温度为790℃时,玻璃中出现很多分相区域,分相促进棒状晶体和花形晶体析出;在晶化温度为870℃时,云母晶体开始析出,莫来石和柱晶石晶体为主晶相;在晶化温度为950℃时,玻璃中主晶相变为云母晶体;在晶化温度为1030℃时,片状云母晶体定向排列。
【Abstract】 To explore the influences of crystallizing temperature on the crystallization characteristics of SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-F glass ceramics, the base glasses were heat-treated at different of crystallizing temperature. The crystallization phases and micro-morphology were investigated by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the crystallization phases of glass-ceramics are fluorphlogopite, kornerupine, mullite and ziconia. Only particle zirconia crystallized from glass at 730 ℃; The phase-separation regions, be favor to precipitate bar-shape and flower-shape crystals, were observed in the glass crystallized at 790 ℃. At 870 ℃, fluorphlogopite appeared and mullite, kornerupine were major phases. As the crystallization temperature is 950 ℃, the major phase in the glass is transformed to the fluorphlogopite. The fluorphlogopite was oriented arrangement at 1030 ℃.
