添加ZnO-B2O3-SiO2玻璃对0.79ZnAl2O4-0.21TiO2陶瓷烧结和微波介电性能的影响

【摘要】 通过常规固相法合成0.79ZnAl2O4-0.21TiO2(ZAT)复相陶瓷,研究了不同添加量ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(ZBS)玻璃对ZAT陶瓷烧结特性和微波介电性能的影响。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究ZAT陶瓷的物相结构和微观形貌。添加ZBS玻璃可有效降低ZAT陶瓷的烧结温度;TiO2和ZnAl2O4发生反应生成微量的ZnTiO3物相;当ZBS玻璃添加量为12 wt%时,ZAT陶瓷烧结温度降低至950℃,并获得较好的微波介电性能:εr=11.2,Q f=18085 GHz,τf=-26 ppm/℃,可作为应用于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)的潜在材料。
【Abstract】 The 0.79ZnAl2O4-0.21TiO2(ZAT)ceramics were synthesized by conventional solid state ceramic route. The effects of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(ZBS) glass on the microwave dielectric properties of ZAT was investigated. The crystal structure and the microstructure of the ceramic-glass composites were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopic techniques. The results show that ZBS galss can effectively lower the sintering temperature of ZAT ceramics to 950 ℃,and lead to the appearance of the third phase, ZnTiO3. ZAT ceramics with 12 wt% ZBS galss,which was sintered at 950 ℃, has optimum dielectric properties:εr=11.2,Q f=18085 GHz,τf=-26 ppm/ ℃. It can be proofed that ZAT ceramics with appropriate amount of ZBS galss can be utilized as a potential materials for LTCC application.
