滨海软土区排水箱涵深基坑工程设计及施工技术分析

【摘要】 以三门核电站一、二期排水箱涵深基坑工程为例,介绍了滨海软土区深基坑工程中桩锚、内支撑及重力式挡墙不同支护结构组合的设计应用及基坑开挖过程中关键施工措施。结果表明:组合支护结构设计满足了基坑的安全开挖,人工岛的设计有效地解决了施工运输难题,且达到了支护、止水和挡土效应。支护设计中采用的支护系统与箱涵构筑物基桩相结合的方式,即在基桩间施打旋喷搭接短桩,有效地解决了支护桩被动土压力不足和基桩工程质量有效控制等技术难题。本文建议,在进行大范围软土深基坑支护及地基处理时,设计与施工应密切结合,实现既安全又经济的合用结构设计。

【Abstract】 The key construction measurements and composite support technologies of pile-anchor,inner support system and gravity retaining wall in the marine soft soil region was introduced and analyzed in this paper,based on the foundation pit engineering of Sanmen nuclear power drainage culvert in the first and second phases. The results showed that the application of composite support technologies successfully achieved the safety of foundation pit excavation. Meanwhile,the design and application of an artificial transportation platform for earthworks solved the construction transportation problem and realized the objects of supporting,water proofing and earth retaining. The short piles being driven and overlapped among the foundation piles efficiently dealt with the technical problems of the insufficient passive earth pressure and quality control of foundation piles. It is suggested that design and construction should be closely integrated during the large-scale foundation pit support and ground treatment in order to realize the safe and economic structure.
