【摘要】 农业水资源服务功能的多样性、不可分割性以及非排他性等特点决定了农业水资源效用的综合性。在系统分析农业水资源服务功能、服务对象和功能属性等基础上,分析并界定了农业水资源效用的内涵和分类,从经济学角度解释了农业水资源效用最大化的原理,并提出了农业水资源效用综合评价理论框架体系,为分析区域农业水资源开发利用现状和问题,综合评价区域农业水资源开发利用程度并提出应对措施提供了探索途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The agricultural water service functions have characteristics of diversity,indivisibility and non-ex cludability. These characteristics determine the comprehensiveness of agriculture water utility. According to service functions of agriculture water,this paper defined the concept of agricultural water utility and its cat egory. Furthermore,from the view of economics,this paper also explained the theory of maximizing consum er’s effect of agriculture water utility. Based on above theory and the theory of multi-objective evaluation,this paper presented a framework of comprehensive evaluation of agriculture water utility,including evalua tion object,index system and mathematical method.更多还原
