无痛胃镜检查临床探析

【摘要】 目的:研究探讨无痛胃镜检查过程中出现的并发症以及对病患的治疗体会。方法:2012年1月～2012年7月接收诊治的患者200病例,均实施胃镜检查,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组实施无痛胃镜检查,对照组采用常规胃镜检查。观察两组患者在胃镜检查的各阶段的生命体征以及并发症情况。结果:在治疗过程中,观察组患者心率、血压、呼吸以及血氧饱和度等情况与对照组比较有明显差异,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜检查有助于患者自身的不适感减轻,效果显著,值得进行临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the complications during painless gastroscopy and treatment of patient experience.Methods:randomly selected patients in our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 July 200 cases receiving treatment,the implementation of gastroscopy on them,they were divided into experimental group 100 cases,painless gastroscopy,100 cases in the control group with routine gastroscopy.Careful observation of the experimental group and the control group of patients in various stages of gastroscopy vital signs and complications.Results:in the course of treatment,the blood pressure in the patients in the experimental group,heart rate,respiration and blood oxygen saturation and other than the control group significantly(P<0.05),a significant advantage.Conclusion:the painless gastroscopy is helpful to the patient’s own discomfort,obvious effect,is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
