血尿酸水平与2型糖尿病及其并发血管病变的关系

【摘要】 目的:研究血尿酸(BUA)与2型糖尿病及其并发血管病变的相关性。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者120例,按照是否伴有血管病变分为A组(并发血管病变组,70例)和B组(无血管病变组,50例),同时选取同期体检的健康者50例作为C组,比较三组血尿酸、血脂等指标。结果:A、B两组血尿酸平均值显著高于C组,A组血尿酸平均值显著高于B组。两组糖尿病患者CRP、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较均差异有显著性。SUA与血管病变具有独立相关性。结论:2型糖尿病患者常伴有血脂及血尿酸水平异常,其中血尿酸水平可显著影响其并发血管病变的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Serum uric acid(SUA) with type 2 diabetes and its concurrent vascular lesions.Methods:Our hospital from March 2009 to May 2012 were treated 120 patients with type 2 diabetes according to whether they associated with vascular disease is divided into A group of 70 patients(concurrent vascular lesions) and 50 patients(group B without vascular disease group),and select the same period to 50 cases of group C,the three groups of serum uric acid,cholesterol and other indicators of the health of our hospital examination.Results:A,B two sets of blood uric acid the average significantly higher than that of group C,A group mean serum uric acid was significantly higher than that in group B.The two groups of patients with diabetes CRP,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C levels,there were significant differences.SUA independently associated vascular lesions.Conclu sion:Type 2 diabetes is often accompanied by abnormal blood lipids and blood levels of uric acid,uric acid levels can significantly affect the possibility of concurrent vascular lesions.更多还原
