热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效

【摘要】 目的:评价热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:收治手足口病患儿174例,随机分为治疗组88例和对照组86例。对照组给予5%葡萄糖注射液+利巴韦林10～15mg/(kg·日)静滴,1次/日,疗程5天;治疗组应用热毒宁注射液0.5～1ml/(kg·日),连续应用5天。比较两组在发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间、咽峡部红肿消退时间及总病程等方面的变化和差异。结果:治疗组发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间、咽峡部红肿消退时间及总病程等均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗效显著,临床无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of reduning injection in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:Totally 174 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into therapeutic group(88 cases) and control group(86 cases).Children in therapeutic group were treated with reduning injection intervenously 0.5 ～ 1ml/(kg·d),once a day for 5 days;while the patients in control group were treated with ribavirin intervenously 10 ～ 15mg/(kg·d),once a day for 5 days.The total course and disappearance time of fever、purpura、pharyngeal swelling,and the side effects were observed.Results:The disappearance time of fever、purpura、pharyngeal swelling and total course were shorter in the therapeutic group than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The efficacy of reduning injection in children with hand-foot-mouth disease were proved,no side effect observed.更多还原
