负压置换法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎1560例结果分析

【摘要】 目的:观察鼻窦负压置换法治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:将1560例小儿慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组给以1‰盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液加地塞米松磷酸钠注射液应用鼻窦置换疗法,同时给予0.5%麻黄素液滴鼻,口服头孢克肟;对照组以用0.5%麻黄素滴鼻,口服头孢克肟;观察疗效进行对比。结果:治疗组有效率率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组差异有显著性。结论:1‰盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液加地塞米松磷酸钠注射液鼻窦负压置换吸引疗法简单、有效、安全、痛苦小,患儿易于接受,提高了小儿慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the replacement treatment of negativepressure on children with chronic sinusitis.Methods:1560 cases of children with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were given 1‰ of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection application sinuses replacement therapy,while giving 0.5% ephedrine nasal drops,oral cefixime;the control group with 0.5% ephedrine nasal,oral cefixime therapy;Then we compared the efficacy in two groups.Results After treatment the recovery rate of thetwo groups was significantlydifferent(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1‰ of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection that the replacement therapy of negative pressure is simple,safe,effective attraction,less pain and simpler equipment,improves the treatment effect of chronic sinusitis in children.更多还原
