CAD/CAM二氧化锆全瓷冠在临床中的应用效果观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨CAD/CAM二氧化锆全瓷冠在牙体缺损修复中的应用。方法:选择58例患者96颗患牙,采用CAD/CAM二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,观察3年。结果:96颗二氧化锆全瓷冠在修复完成3年后复查,1个全瓷冠使用1年后饰面瓷出现崩瓷,其余修复体的颜色、形态、边缘着色、边缘密合度、各项检查达到A级。结论:CAD/CAM二氧化锆全瓷冠在牙体缺损修复中的临床应用效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical results of zirconia crown manufactured by CAD/CAM in the restoration of defected teeth.Methods:ALL 58 patients treated with porcelain-veneered zirconia single crowns for 96 defected teeth.After 36 months follow up.Results:Through three years clinical observations,only 1 case appeared porcelain dropped,the other.restorations are scored A in color,shape,margin coloring,margin sealing and second caries.Conclusion:The clinical effect was satisfactory of zirconia crown manufactured by CAD/CAM.更多还原
