脓腔抽脓后甲硝唑溶液冲洗治疗乳磨牙牙槽脓肿疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察脓腔抽脓后甲硝唑溶液冲洗治疗乳磨牙牙槽脓肿的疗效。方法:将80例下颌乳磨牙牙槽脓肿患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,脓肿的处置分别采用脓腔抽脓后甲硝唑溶液冲洗的治疗方法和传统的切开排脓的治疗方法。从牙周组织脓肿消失时诊治天数、治疗10天时X线片所示牙周阴影消失的例数以及牙周组织永久损害形成的例数三方面比较两种方法的疗效。结果:治疗组牙周脓肿治疗的平均天数3.2天,而对照组7.3天,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10天时X线片所示牙周阴影未消失的治疗组只有5%,而对照组高达35%。治疗组有2例出现牙龈退缩,对照组有10例出现牙龈退缩、牙周袋形成或者牙齿粘连。结论:脓腔抽脓后甲硝唑溶液冲洗治疗乳磨牙牙槽脓肿的方法可以加快牙周组织的修复,减少牙周永久性损害,缩短患牙的疗程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the treatment effect of pus removing from abscess cavity followed by rinsing with arilin solution on alveolar abscess of deciduous molar tooth.Methods:80 mandibular deciduous molars affected with alveolar abscess were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which were treated with pus removing followed by rinsing with arilin solution method and traditional incision and drainage method respectively.The effect was compared between two groups with three parameters:the days needed for the periodontal abscess elimination;the number of periodontal shadow disappearing showed in X-ray after 10 days;the number of periodontal damage remaining permanently.Results:The average days of periodontal treatment of treatment group and control group are 3.2 and 7.3 respectively.It is significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The number of periodontal shadow remained on X-ray after ten days of two groups are 5% and 35% respectively.There were 2 cases presented gingival recession,however there were 10 cases presented different lesions included gingival retraction,periodontal pocket formation or teeth adhesion.Conclusion:The treatment of pus removing from abscess cavity followed by rinsing with arilin solution on alveolar abscess of deciduous molar tooth can accelerate the periodontal tissue repairmen,reduce permanent dental lesions formation and shorten the course of treatment.更多还原
