【摘要】 黄体缺陷是妇产科临床工作中比较常见的问题,它被认为与不孕症、早期流产、周期过短、经前期出血、甲状腺功能异常、高泌乳素血症、辅助生殖技术促排卵治疗等相关。鉴于黄体缺陷的诊断目前仍缺乏可靠的手段,故黄体支持的治疗多是基于黄体生成的理论和临床实践而做出的经验性治疗。文章对黄体缺陷与黄体支持的相关临床问题进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Luteal phase defect is a common clinical phenomenon in our obstetrics and gynecological practice,and has purportedly been associated with infertility,first trimester miscarriage,short cycle,premenstrual bleeding,thyroid dysfunction,hyperprolactinemia,and ovulation induction in assisted reproductive technology. Given shorten of reliable methods for diagnosing luteal phase defect,the treatment in our clinical practice for luteal support is based on the theory of luteinizing and empirical treatment. The relevant clinical issues on luteal phase defect and luteal support will be addressed in this paper.更多还原
