【Abstract】 ASA mediated immunoinfertility is an important cause of infertility in human. The article introduced the mechanism of ASA-producing, the effect of ASA on fertility,diagnosis and treatment of ASA mediated infertility. Although during the past decade,our knowledge of the role of ASA in infertility has progressed relatively little,latest advances in DNA recombinant technologies,proteomics and genomics leading to characterization of sperm antigens relevant to fertility will help the developing in diagnosis and treatment of ASA mediated infertility.更多还原
