【Abstract】 Endometriosis with infertility is one of the important indications of assisted reproductive medicine,including artificial uterine insemination ( IUI) and in vitro fertilization ( IVF) . Being unclear on etiology,complicated on types,and clinical heterogenesis for endometriosis,it is very controversial on indication,protocol,and GnRHa or ovarian chocolate cyst pre-treatment for assisted reproductive technology. Here we recommend the strategies and protocols for patients with endometriosis at different age, ovarian reserve,stages. A principal of individualized regimen based on conventional protocol is emphasized.更多还原
