反复种植失败的病因探讨

【摘要】 在体外受精-胚胎移植的临床实践中,至少3次移植了胚胎却仍然不能建立妊娠的状况,称为反复种植失败。虽然目前对反复种植失败还没有统一的定义,但是对其可能的病因研究却早已成为生殖医学的热点。反复种植失败的病因复杂,配子胚胎质量及其发育潜能异常、子宫内膜的微环境异常以及可同时影响胚胎质量及子宫内膜微环境的某些全身因素均有可能是反复胚胎种植失败的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The situation that patients had not established conceive after at least 3 times embryo transfer during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVFET) practise has been called as recurrent implantation failure.Etiology study of recurrent implantation failure has been a cutting area companied with controversy of its criterion for many years.All the factors that affect on gamete or embryo,endometrium microenvironment and somatic factors which effect on both embryo and endometrium could be as the candidates for recurrent implantation failure.更多还原
