聚丙烯酸-聚氨酯-丁烯醛共聚物的复鞣应用研究

【摘要】 考察了P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物的复鞣效果,研究发现P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物对皮革具有选择填充作用,能有效降低皮革部位差率且对皮革有较好的增厚作用。P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物可以很好地渗透到革坯内部,复鞣后革坯的粒面状况都较为紧实细腻。随着共聚物中丙烯酸组分含量的增加,对阴离子性染料的吸收率逐渐降低。坯革的耐碱性能随着共聚物中醛基含量的增加越来越强。

【Abstract】 The retanning properties of P(AA-PU-CA) copolymer were investigated. The results show that the copolymer has good filling and thickening properties, and could reduce the location difference efficiently. P(AA-PU-CA) copolymer can penetrate into the leather, which makes the grain tightness of the leather compactive. With the increase of acrylic acid in the copolymer, the absorptivity to the anionic dye decreases. The leather retanned by P(AA-PU-CA) copolymer has good alkali resistance, which increases as the increase in the content of crotonaldehyde in the copolymers.
