多支化加脂剂的研究
Multi-branched Fatliquoring Agent
【摘要】 运用分子设计原理,首先利用迈克尔加成反应和酰胺化反应,制备了外围含有8个胺基的2GPAMAM树枝状大分子;然后,将其与菜籽油反应,制备了多支化加脂剂。通过对迈克尔加成反应和酰胺化反应条件的探讨,确定了反应的最佳条件,即在冰水浴的条件下,加入丙烯酸甲酯和乙二胺,缓慢滴加甲醇,反应温度30℃左右,反应时间25h左右。酰胺化反应是一个可逆反应,需加入过量的乙二胺,乙二胺的过量倍数为24倍(乙二胺:0.5G)或60倍(乙二胺:1.5G)。菜籽油酰胺化反应的最佳条件为,2GPAMAM与菜籽油的质量比为1∶1.9,催化剂用量为1.5%,反应温度90℃,反应时间3h。
【Abstract】 Based on the molecular design, both Michael addition reaction and amidation reaction were employed to prepare large 2G PAMAM dendrimers with 8 amino groups. The product was then allowed to react with rapeseed oil to obtain multi-branched fatliquoring agent. By the study on the Michael addition reaction and amidation reaction, the optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows: in the ice water bath, methacrylate and ethylene diamine are needed, methanol is slowly added with the reaction temperature of 30℃ and the reaction time of 25h. The amidation reaction is reversible, and excessive ethylenediamine is needed, 24 times of ethylenediamine is needed for 0.5G, and 60 times is needed for 1.5G. The amidation reaction of rapeseed oil is optimized as follows: the weight ratio of 2G PAMAM to rapeseed oil is 1: 1.9, the amount of catalyst is 1.5% with the reaction temperature of 90℃ and the reaction time of 3h.
