【摘要】 目的比较改良鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术与硅胶管逆行鼻泪道插管两种方式治疗慢性泪囊炎急性发作的疗效。方法入选的86例患者,54例行鼻内镜下改良鼻腔泪囊造孔术的患者作为内镜组,32例行泪道逆行置管术的患者作为置管组。观察两组治愈率、有效率及并发症情况。结果两组患者处理后炎症控制情况差异无显著性(P>0.05),置管组和内镜组治愈率和有效率分别为78.1%、84.4%与98.1%、100%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05),内镜组高于置管组。结论对于慢性泪囊炎急性发作患者,采取置管或急性期鼻腔泪囊造孔内引流术来治疗,是安全可行和高治愈率的。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To compare the curative effect of modified intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and recessive placement of nasolacrimal silicone stent treatment on acute attack of chronic dacryocystitis. 【Methods】 In 86 patients, 54 cases treated with modified intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy were used as endoscopy group and 32 cases treated with recessive placement of nasolacrimal silicone stent as catheter group. The cure rate, effective and complications for two groups were compared.【Results】 There was no significant difference of inflammation in the two groups of patients after surgery (P >0.05). Cure rate and effective rate of catheter group and endoscopy group were 78.1%, 84.4% and 98.1%, 100% respectively, two groups had significant difference (P < 0.05), endoscopy group was higher than catheter group.【Conclusion】 For chronic dacryocystitis patients with acute attack, taking catheter or acute phase dacryocystorhinostomy is safe and feasible with high cure rate.更多还原
