化学和超声波联合提取葛根纤维技术研究初探
Preliminary Study on Extracting Pueraria Fiber by Chemical - Ultrasonic Technology
【摘要】 采用化学脱胶处理的方法,并辅助超声技术对葛根纤维进行脱胶。确定工艺流程和影响葛根纤维脱胶的主要工艺因素。通过对比试验,得出脱胶效果最优的工艺条件为:在温度75℃、质量浓度为3~35g/L的NaOH溶液中,超声波频率为40kHz,处理时间为1.25~1.5h。
【Abstract】 Pueraria fiber was degummed by the chemical degumming method,and with the assistant of ultrasonic processing.By comparative experiments,the influential factors on the degumming process were studied.The experiment results showed that the optimal conditions for degumming were 75℃,30g / L-35g / L NaOH,40 kHz ultrasonic frequency and 1.25 h to 1.5 h.
