河南嵩县骆驼湾钼矿床地质及矿石加工技术性能评价

【摘要】 河南省嵩县骆驼湾斑岩型钼矿床,矿石加工技术性能良好,其选矿采用通常浮选方案,在粗选和精选两大阶段过程中,采用石英、水玻璃和煤油等材料,粗选阶段效果较好;精选仅用硫化钠作为抑制剂进行分段添加;最后经一粗→二扫→一次预精选和10次精粗选和精扫选获得46.89%钼精矿,全流程钼总的回收率81.32%,从而使矿石的选矿性能达到易选。

【Abstract】 The ore processing technical performance is good in Luotuowan porphyry molybdenum deposit,Song County,Henan province. Flotation process is the most popular method in mineral separation,in the two main stages of roughing and selecting,we used quartz,sodium silicate,kerosene and other materials,the effect is quite good in roughing stage; while in selecting,we only use sodium sulfide for piecewise add as inhibitor; we got 46. 89% molybdenum concentrate by rougher flotation- scavenging- preliminary selecting and 10- times fine roughing and scavenging at last,and the total molybdenum recovery ratio is 81. 32% of the whole process,so the ore dress ability performance belongs to be easy to be selected.
