锰电沉积中添加剂作用过程研究
Process of the Additives’work in Manganese Electro-deposition
【摘要】 通过绘制电解液体系的E-pH图,用阴极析氢极化曲线法研究了金属锰电沉积过程中添加剂NH3和SeO2加入量对阴极锰沉积的影响。结果表明:NH3的加入增大了Mn2+的电化学稳定区域,使得溶液中Mn2+的水解pH值从7.7增大到8.4,提高了Mn在阴极析出的竞争力;添加剂SeO2在阴极被还原为多聚阴离子吸附于阴极表面,改变了电极表面局部电流密度,使得H2在阴极析出电极电势负移至-1.35 V左右,从而将Mn在阴极电沉积的电流效率从27.5%提高到75%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the influence of the additives NH3 and SeO2 in the process of manganese deposits on cathode have been studied.The influence of NH3 and the concentration of SeO2 on the process of manganese depositing were researched by drawing E-pH figure of electrolytic liquid system and formation of hydrogen cathode polarization curves.The results show that the electrochemical stable region of Mn2+ has been broaden due to the join of NH3,making the hydrolysis pH value of Mn2+ increase from 7.7 to 8.4,improving the competitiveness of Mn separate out on the cathode.SeO2 has been reductived to polyanionics in the cathode and adsorped in the surface of cathode,changing the part current density of the surfaces of the electrodes.It makes the electrode potential of hydrogen in the cathode negatively move to-1.35 V and gets H2 separate out more difficult.The current efficiency of Mn in the cathodic electrode position is increased from 27.5% to 75%.
