【摘要】 由于交通事故和工业外伤的增加,眼眶骨折的发病率逐年上升。眶壁骨折修复术后残留的眼球运动障碍仍是眼科界的一个棘手问题。本文对近年来眶壁骨折致眼球运动障碍的康复治疗概况进行总结,认为针刺眼周穴位治疗该病有一定的疗效,治疗效果与选穴及介入时间密切相关,并建议临床上进一步观察该治疗方法的疗效,以便为该病提供一套系统的康复治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of orbital fracture is increasing year by year due to the increase of traffic accidents and industrial injuries. Eye movement disorder which was residual after reconstructive surgeries for orbital fracture is still a thorny issue in the ophthalmic field. The authors collected the information from the database of CNKI and made a comprehensive analysis and summary about the rehabilitation profile on eye movement disorder caused by orbital fracture in recent years. The results showed that acupuncture treatment had a certain effect for the disease, and treatment effect was closely related to points’ selection and intervention time. The article suggested that further observation should be made on the efficacy of the treatment method, and a set of systematic rehabilitation treatment program should be put forward.更多还原
