【摘要】 目的探讨经济、简便、有效的糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)检查方法。方法分别采用50°后极部眼底照相法,七方位彩色眼底照相法和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)法对78例(156只眼)糖尿病患者进行眼底检查,由有经验的眼底病医生按照糖尿病视网膜病变国际临床分类法对图片进行分析给出分期,对3种方法所得结果进行比较。结果50°后极部眼底照相法和FFA法在DR诊断分期中的一致性一般(Kappa=0.488),七方位彩色眼底照相法和FFA法在DR诊断分期中有比较好的一致性(Kappa=0.873)。结论七方位彩色眼底照相法可以作为糖尿病视网膜病变筛查和指导治疗的一种比较可靠的方法,而50°后极部眼底照相法的可靠性一般。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore an economical, simple, effective diabetic retinopathy inspection method. METHODS With the 50°posterior pole retinal photography, seven orientations color fundus photographic and FFA, 78 cases(156 eyes) with diabetes fundus examination was performed respectively. By an experienced fundus physician in accordance with international clinical diabetic retinopathy classification, the results of three methods were analyzed, compared and phased. RESULTS The 50°posterior pole retinal photography and FFA consistency were in general in the DR stage at diagnosis(Kappa = 0.488), and the seven orientations color fundus photographic and FFA were in a relatively good agreement in the DR stage at diagnosis(Kappa=0.873). CONCLUSIONS The seven orientations color fundus photography could be used as guidance for diabetic retinopathy screening and treatment of a more reliable method, and the reliability of 50°posterior pole retinal photography was quite ordinary.更多还原
