【摘要】 目的总结分析中西医结合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法将84例(84眼)前部缺血性视神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组44(44眼)例,对照组40(40眼)例,对照组采用常规的西医治疗及银杏叶提取物注射液静脉点滴,治疗组则加用活血化瘀通络中药口服及针刺治疗。对两组患者治疗31天后的临床疗效、视力、视野进行分析比较。结果治疗组治愈20例,显效17例,有效4例,无效3例,有效率为93.18%;对照组治愈13例,显效9例,有效8例,无效10例,有效率为75.00%,治疗组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组。2组治疗后视力分布、视野平均光敏感度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变可以明显改善患者的视力、视野,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect on treating anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION) by integrative medicine.METHODS Eighty-four cases of AION patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated by conventional western medicine combined with extract of ginkgo biloba leaves injection.The ob servation group was treated by integrative medicine,added Chinese medicine of dispersing blood stasis and dredging collateral,acupuncture therapy.Clinical curative rates,visual acuity,mean light sensitivity were compared between the two groups after 31 days clinical treatment.RESULTS The observation group 20 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly improved,effective in 4 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the curative rate was 93.18%.The control group 13 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly improved,effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,the curative rate was 75%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group.CONCLUSIONS Integrative medicine could significantly promote clinical effect in AION patients,worth clinical application.更多还原
