【摘要】 非常规天然气在满足天然气需求的增长中起着重要作用。当前我国非常规天然气勘探开发尚处于起步阶段,优惠政策、勘探开发技术、环境保护方面还不同程度地存在问题。文章提出了管理部门应制定有效的优惠政策,创新管理模式,保证政策的落实;同时集中财政资金,加强系统的勘探开发技术体系及其配套技术的研发与推广;制定环保系列标准及政策法规,加强环境监管,为我国非常规天然气大规模产业化开发与可持续发展铺平道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The unconventional natural gas resources play an important role in the demand growth of natural gas.But,their industrialization is still facing several issues,including preferential policies,key technologies,environmental protection.Based on disscusion of these issues,the author suggests the policy maker should make the right preferential policies of unconventional natural gas resources based on the exchange between departments;focuse investment funds and strenthen self-research and development; establish the series environmental protection standards and the environmental regulation system as soon as possible.更多还原
