【摘要】 通过对优势矿种内涵的界定,进一步分析了目前我国部分优势矿种的开发现状,并发现存在资源赋存量下降,超量开发,监管压力大等突出问题;在此基础上,从时间维度、空间布局和优势矿种保护开发的宏观调控三个方向出发,提出了"三边"模型;其中时间维度包括开采前、中、后三个阶段,空间布局则包含资源聚集区、点状区和匮乏区三种格局,宏观调控方面则包括法律、经济、行政三种方式,并进一步分析构建了管理调控下的时间安排与空间布局的关系模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the connotation of dominant mineral,further analyzed the situation to part of dominant mineral in our country,and found that there are resources decline,excess development,high pressure for supervision and so on;then,from the time dimension,the space layout and macro-control which three direction,and put forward "trilateral" mode.The time dimension including mining before,during and after the three stages,the space layout is contains resources accumulation area,pitting area and lack area three pattern,the macro-control including legal,economic and administrative three ways,and further analysis constructs the management control of the time and space layout of the relation mode.更多还原
