【Abstract】 Minerals management involves many problems.The aim of this article is to introduce the differetiation of resources,assets,capitals in the minerals management,and to study the key issues of a management model which put resources,assets and capitals of minerals management together.Analysis of the problems of Chinese mineral management system is also presented.Finally,this paper demonstrates some recommenda-tions about how to realize the trinity of minerals management.更多还原
