饲喂银杏叶提取物加蝇蛆对鸡免疫性能及血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 本试验研究了饲喂银杏叶提取物加蝇蛆对鸡部分血清生化指标和免疫性能的影响。选取240只1日龄的AA肉仔鸡随机分为6组,每组40只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余各组分别为在基础日粮中添加1%蝇蛆,0.1%、0.3%、0.6%银杏叶提取物以及0.1%银杏叶提取物加1%蝇蛆,饲喂至45日龄。结果显示:①与对照组相比,添加银杏叶提取物加蝇蛆可以降低血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05),对谷草转氨酶指标无显著影响(P>0.05),甘油三酯与总胆固醇含量有所降低;②饲喂银杏叶提取物加蝇蛆可提高血清蛋白含量,促进免疫器官的生长。表明饲喂银杏叶提取物加蝇蛆可降低鸡的血脂和尿素氮水平,促进免疫器官发育。

【Abstract】 This study examined the effect of dietary Ginkgo biloba extract plus fly larvae on growth performance,immunity and serum biochemical parameters in chickens. Two hundred and forty AA broiler chickens of one day age were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 40 chickens per group. The control group was fed with basal diet,and the other groups were fed with the basal diet added with 1% fly maggots,0.1%,0.3%,0.6% Ginkgo biloba extract,0.1% Ginkgo biloba together with 1% fly maggots,respectively. The trial lasted until 45 days of age. The results showed that chickens fed with Ginkgo biloba extract and fly maggots had a lower serum level of urea nitrogen (P<0.05) compared with that in the control. However,the index of aspartate aminotransferase was similar between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control,chickens fed with Ginkgo biloba extract and fly maggots had a numerically lower serum level of triglyceride and total cholesterol,but the difference was not significant. Dietary Ginkgo biloba extract together with fly maggots increased the serum level of total protein,and promoted the development of immune organs. So,it can be concluded that dietary Ginkgo biloba extract plus fly larvae reduced blood lipids and blood urea nitrogen,and promoted the development of immune organs in chickens.
