【摘要】 目的了解山东省淄博市和河南省洛阳市,流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)病例的发病危险因素。方法选择两市2009年、2010年实验室确诊的乙脑病例,以及在乙脑实验室确诊病例治疗的医院内,选择其他非乙脑病例,按1∶3选择作为对照,调查病例及对照组的个案信息,包括基本情况、职业、经济状况、健康状况、活动方式、居住环境等因素,进行单因素卡方检验和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析表明,"职业为农民"等7个因素是乙脑发病的危险因素,而"居住在城市"等7个因素是乙脑发病的保护性因素。多因素分析表明,"家里或邻居养猪"是乙脑发病危险因素中最高的,估算归因危险度百分比为95.3%。结论成人与既往开展的儿童乙脑发病危险因素调查结果基本一致。职业为农民,特别是家里或邻居养猪的人群,是需要干预的人群。应采取个人防护健康教育、改善环境,对高危人群积极宣传接种乙脑疫苗等综合措施预防乙脑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the risk factors for adult Japanese encephalitis (JE) in Zibo prefecture in Shandong province and Luoyang prefecture in Henan province.Methods To select the laboratory-confirmed JE cases in year 2009 and 2010 as the cases,matched by ages for the non-JE cases in the same hospital with a ratio of 1:3.To conduct investigation for both cases and controls,collecting the demographic information,occupation,economic status,health status,activities,living environment and other factors.The Chi-square test and multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis were used for unvariate and multivariate analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that the "Occupation was peasant"etc.totally 7 items were risk factors,and "Living in the city"etc.totally 7 items were protective factors.Multivariate analysis showed that"Feeding pigs in house or neighborhood"was the highest JE risk factor,and the estimated attributable risk percent (AR%) was 95.3 % .Conclusions Risk factors of JE for adults were similar with the previous findings conducted for children.The population of peasant,especially those feeding pigs in house or neighborhood,was targeted population need the intervention.We recommend to take comprehensive methods,including the health education,environmental improvement,JE vaccination for the high-risk population.更多还原
