【Abstract】 The concept of ecological tendency toward law is advanced with the ecological crisis coming,people pursuing ecological civilization,and the whole society displaying the ecological sign.The concept was first mentioned by the environmental law scholars.But up till now,they have had more conflicting and even wrong understanding of this concept.Therefore,it is necessary for us to redefine the concept from the two aspects:the natural ecological tendency towards law and the ecological tendency towards the ontology of law.更多还原
