海上石油开采平台对通航安全影响的综合评判
Comprehensive Assessment of Offshore Platform’s Effect on Navigation Safety
【摘要】 针对我国沿海水域海上石油开采平台对通航环境和安全的影响评估没有统一标准和规范的现状,提出了一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判的评估模型。该模型构建了评估的层次结构,通过专家调查反馈意见确定各个评估指标的权重,应用模糊方法建立石油开采平台对通航安全影响的综合评判模型。实际应用表明,该模型可以对石油开采平台建设的通航安全影响进行客观评估,为平台建设的选址等提供科学的决策依据。
【Abstract】 For there are no unified criteria and design regulations for assessment of offshore platform’s effect on navigation safety in china at present,a mathematical model for the assessment,which is based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,is put forward.A hierarchy structure is established.The comprehensive navigation safety assessment model of offshore platform is established based on the evaluating indexes weighted according to the conclusion from expert consult survey.The study result shows that the method can give objective results,hence,help to decide platform location.
