【摘要】 目前,基于交易管理系统平台的电力交易管理工作开始进入专业化和规范化运作阶段。结合华中电力交易管理的实际情况,对目前中国电力交易在线闭环管控的基本模式进行了分析,并通过华中区域弃水电量交易的事前管控的实践说明了模式应用的条件与效果。实际应用表明,应针对不同交易品种及不同管控目标,有选择性地采用事前控制、事中控制和事后控制3种模式。根据不同管控模式的应用条件和作用机理使用3种模式及其组合,是提高交易管理效率,实现交易管控目标的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, transaction-based power management system platform transaction management specialization and standardization work has begun to enter the operational phase. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of central China power transaction management, power trading on the current line of the closed-loop control of the basic model are analyzed, and through the central area of abandon of the beforehand control power trading practices illustrate the model application condition and effect. This paper argues that, in view of different transaction types and different control objectives, selectively uses the pre-control、 in control and ex-post control three modes, according to the management and control model of application conditions and mechanism using three modes and combinations thereof, and it is an effective way to improve the transaction management efficiency and achieve transaction control.更多还原
