绕线转子无刷双馈电机开环控制下的稳定性研究

【摘要】 无刷双馈电机(brushless doubly-fed machine,BDFM)作电动机运行时,其稳态转速只由功率绕组和控制绕组的频率和极对数决定,而不随负载的改变而改变,它具有良好的机械特性和优良的调速性能,并且控制用变频器提供的功率只占电机总功率的一小部分,故无刷双馈电动机应用前景广阔。然而,研究发现,在开环电压控制下,电动机运行会产生不稳定甚至失步的现象,其稳定性与电机参数、运行范围以及控制电压有关。该文首先给出绕线转子无刷双馈电机的转矩计算方法,进而通过分析电机的转矩特性提出其在各种运行模式下能够稳定运行的判据,最后通过仿真予以验证。

【Abstract】 When brushless doubly-fed machine(BDFM) operated as a motor, its speed is only determined by the frequencies and number of pole pairs of the two stator windings. It has nothing to do with the load. The motor has good mechanical properties and speed adjusting performance, and the capability of converter supplied to the control winding is a small fraction of the total capacity. So BDFM has a wonderful prospect. But, the study found, under a voltage open-loop control, the motor will likely run unsteadily accordingly, or even out of step. The stability is relevant to the machine’s parameters, the speed regulation range and the control voltage. The paper will calculate the torque of BDFM with a wound-rotor firstly, and by analyzing the torque characteristics, the author will present the criterion which the motor can achieve steady running. At last the conclusions will be verified by simulation.
