超声辐照对人离体全血黏度影响的实验研究
Ultrasonic Irradiation on Whole Blood Viscosity in Human in Vtro
【摘要】 目的探索以超声辐照改善人离体全血黏度的安全性和有效性。方法 18名健康人清晨空腹全血各25 ml并等分为5组.1组为对照组,其余4组以0.87 MHz的连续超声波分别辐照1W/cm~2×1 min、2 W/cm~2×1 min、3 W/cm~2×1 min、2 W/cm~2×2 min组,2 h内计数血细胞、检测血黏度及粒细胞吞墨试验。结果 2 W/cm~2×1 min组较对照组的血细胞形态、计数和粒细胞吞墨无明显变化,同时高切还原黏度、低切还原黏度、红细胞变形指数、聚集指数及电泳时间分别下降15.30%、13.01%、9.68%、10.51%和8.86%(P<0.05),超过1 W/cm~2×1min组的F降幅度;其余2组的血细胞汁数和粒细胞存墨较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论优化超声辐照参数可安全、有效的改善红细胞变形及聚集能力,从而降低全血黏度。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the safety and efficiency of ultrasound irradiation on whole blood viscosity in human in vitro.Methods 18 blood sample(25 ml/sample) from 18 healthy adult donors,and each sample was divided into five groups in average,including one control group and four irradiation groups,preparing for irradiation with 0.87 MHz ultrasonic beams under 2 W/cm~2×1 min,3 W/cm~2×1 min.3 W/cm~2×1 min and 2 W/cm~1×2 min separately. Then all blood sample of the five groups was analyzed for blood cell counts,blood viscosity and ink-phagocytizing of leukocytes in 2 h.Results Compared to those in the control,the values of Hηre,Lηre.DI,AI and EET decreased separately by 15.30%,13.01%,9.68%,10.51%and 8.86%in the 2 W/cm~2×1 min group(P<0.05),beyond those in the 1 W/cm~2×1 min group,without significant changes of morphology,counts of blood cells,phagocytic function of leukocytes.While there was significant decrease of blood cell counts and phagocylic function of leukocytes in other two groups compared to those in the control(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasonic irradiation with selected parameters could improve human blood viscosity in safety in vitro,through improvement on deformability and aggravation ability of erythrocytes.
